Karie Herring is a reformed corporate working mom, idiot savant of business operations, finance and lending. She's living her best retired life just east of Orlando in Florida where she continues working in consumer lending, is owner and founder of Oviedo Olive Oil and coaches Crossfit in her spare time. She still remains a chef and short order cook to her high school aged twins and eldest son who attends UCF as part of the Mechanical Engineering program.
