Did you know that this coming Sunday is Grandparents Day? We spend the months of May and June in celebration of our parents that we totally forget grandparents. So this Sunday, September 13, is Grandparent’s Day where we celebrate our grandparents and great grandparents.
To be completely fair and honest, I was totally unaware of Grandparents Day. Granted, while another Hallmark holiday, our grandparents are truly magical people. So why not celebrate our special family with a special gift. Sometimes cards are not enough, though, in today’s day and age I know my grandparents greatly appreciate a card. In our technologically fast paced world, a hand written letter or card is like gold.
If you want to really hit a home run this year with recognizing our grandmas and grandpas what better way to reach their heart is through a heartfelt gift basket from Gourmet Gift Baskets.
Gourmet Gift Baskets has created a gorgeous arrangement that’s full of irresistible gourmet foods. Inside a classic picnic basket is an artful arrangement of fresh orchard fruits, classic Vermont cheddar cheese, and chocolate covered treats, creating a thoughtful gift that’s perfect for showing your grandparent just how much they mean to you!
These unique gifts are not just for grandparents but for any reason to celebrate or gift. You can gift like a pro for your next real estate closing, holiday, special event and or send a tasteful sympathy basket as opposed to flowers. Order online or by phone to have your gift basket customized. In the meantime, Happy Grandparents Day to all of the grandparents.
*In conjunction with the post I was provided the Breakfast Basket to promote Gourmet Gift Baskets for Grandparents Day. My opinion has not been swayed or influenced.
I love gift baskets, whether purchased fully done or put together at home. They make great gifts.
These look like such neat baskets for grandparents day and other occasions. We’ll have to keep Gourmet Gift Baskets in mind for next year.
This looks like a great gift basket for any time of year. I know I would love it. Thank you for sharing
I too didn’t know there was a grandparent day until I saw a Hallmark commercial for it on TV. My mom never mentioned it either! If she did, I would have celebrated it with her while she was alive!! With all the grandkids that we have, not once have we gotten a card or even a phone call or nowadays, a text I don’t expect the little ones to remember. It really doesn’t matter to me – as long as they don’t forget us!
Oh and I would love getting one of these abundantly full of goodies basket for no reason and anytime!
