Koâ€™Sin will offer a Traditional Four-Course Prix Fixe menu for both lunch and dinner on Thursday, November 24th from 12:00 pm â€“ 8:00 pm. EntrÃ©e selections include; a quince braised short rib with smoked carrot and charred cipollini onions, roasted turkey served alongside sage stuffing, buttered root vegetable and thyme gravy, and a kale pappardelle made of Sonoran wheat, wild mushrooms, acorn squash and garnished with shaved pecorino.
A Thanksgiving gathering would not be complete without an array of seasonal indulgences prepared meticulously by the resortâ€™s talented pastry team. Sweet and tempting offerings include a spiced pumpkin pie with a ginger snap tart shell or all shades of chocolate made from devilâ€™s food cake, decadent chocolate mousse and caramelized white chocolate.
This four-course dinner is $69 for adults and $60 for seniors. A junior version of the turkey dinner is available for $20 for ages 12 and younger and children ages four and under eat free from the holiday menu. Select entrÃ©e features will also be offered at the resortâ€™s Lobby Lounge.
