  1. More from me as a follow-up. Yay!

You know, I'm just going to email you this rubbish. Too long to have in a comment.

Oh and thanks for all the fantastic props! 🙂

  2. Our first house was an FHA loan too and our mortgage rate was 10.5%. Can you believe it? Even so, we could afford it because it was a low priced home.

We have a conventional 15 year mortgage on our current home with a 4% loan. Much better terms. Of course the price of the house is much higher. Ugh.

Ummmm….keeping it short at 20+ minutes. LOL

  3. Yay! Thanks so much for the shout-out love! 🙂

And also thank you for the super helpful info. I have NOT consolidated yet, so I'll definitely look into that. I have a credit card with wells fargo, which was totally maxed (awful, I know), and I have a small one with Maurices (clothing store I LURVE). I had NO CLUE that even hitting halfway had a negative effect. Amazing.

I wish so much I could buy a home, but there are a couple things keeping me from that one (biggest one being I don't know where I want to live! OMG…life choices. Can't handle!). But I know you can get a 5 bedroom house with land in Vegas for 150,000 right now. Which blows my freaking mind. And I would so much rather pay a house payment than rent. *sigh*

I will also go check out the other websites you have listed, see what they have in store for me. 🙂

Thanks again! PS – LOVE your hair this week! It's super cute. 🙂
