Mens and Womens Health Fitness Products

Holiday’s wreak havoc on our diets. Starting with Halloween and moving forward into Thanksgiving and then Christmas we have so little reprieve from the temptations and struggles to maintain our health. We do not have to let the hustle and bustle of the holidays get in the way of our workout routines and our healthy eating habits. But if they do and you cannot get to the gym or in our current economy the gym isn’t a feasible option, workout equipment has evolved where we no longer have to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on quality workout equipment.

You can bring the gym home to you with fitness devices that exercise all your muscle groups anywhere, anytime, and any place. Take the equipment with you and it is travel friendly and easy to pack and carry with you.

  1. I hate how some men use the gym as a pickup spot. At home gyms you can workout anytime w/o being bothered by preying eyes.

  2. I dislike gym’s becuase I like to exercise alone. I want to concentrate and not hear music, grunts and phones ringing!

  3. when it is hard on my knees. The convience of not having to travel, being able to work on my own time. Take a shower in my own home.

  4. Generally I like going to the gym but I hate the drive. Sometimes it is just easier to work out at home, especially when I don’t have a lot of time.

  5. I dislike feeling like the most unfit person in the gym, I know the gym staff just think I’m a lazy waste of time, working out at home is much better for me.

  6. I don’t like paying for a gym or having others watch me. I like a home gym because I can use it at my convenience

  7. I hate having to worry about what I look like/what I’m wearing going to a gym. At home I don’t have to think about that stuff and can just work out.

  8. Why do I dislike gyms? Have you ever been to a gym and gone to use a machine right after some sweating dripping inconsiderate so and so just finished with it and has moved on? ’nuff said.

  9. I like working out at home because I can set my own schedule and you can’t beat the convenience of having your own equipment under your own roof.

  10. Memberships at gyms cost too much, and at home you can work out with no one watching you.

  11. i just dislike the gym because I feel everyone is always “sizing” you up. i just feel more comfortable at home working out.

  12. I do not like people staring at me at a gym and a home gym let’s me do a little at a time

  15. I am not much on going to a gym as I don’t care for crowds or using exercise equipment that someone that I am unfamiliar with has just sweated all over.
